Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of Immigration law, including Asylum Cases and SIJ Guardianship cases, Personal Injury, & Evictions This role requires excellent legal research skills and the ability to draft legal documents effectively. The Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide sound legal advice, and negotiate settlements on their behalf.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
Provide expert legal advice on matters related to our practice fields
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' cases.
Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and developing case strategies.

Experience

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in Washington State
Proven experience in Personal Injury, Evictions, Immigration Law
Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research databases
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and presenting cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
