About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in removal defense, with a particular emphasis on appeals, briefs, and motions to reopen. This position requires excellent legal writing skills and a commitment to advocating for clients in complex immigration matters. This is an in-person position and may require some travel to attend hearings or interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
Draft persuasive legal briefs, motions, and supporting documents for immigration proceedings.
Conduct legal research to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.
Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and courts.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in any U.S. state.
Experience is recommended but not required.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
