Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Immigration Law. This role requires excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to litigate effectively on behalf of clients. The Attorney will work collaboratively within a law office environment to provide high-quality legal services and advice.

Duties

Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation;
Litigate cases in court, representing clients in hearings and with USCIS;
Provide legal advice to clients;
Draft legal documents such as applications; briefs, motions, appeals to the BIA and 9th circuit, wills;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
Collaborate with the attorney to ensure comprehensive client representation.

Skills

Strong understanding of Immigration Law.
Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
Ability to litigate effectively in court settings while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of legal concepts.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Bi-langual is a plus.
