Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Immigration Attorney role located in Union City, NJ with limited remote option.

The Immigration Attorney will:

Provide legal counsel and representation.
Manage diverse caseloads, both immigrant and non-immigrant.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration laws.
Prepare applications and attend interviews/hearings.
Engage with clients and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Immigration Law and Legal Issues skills
Experience in handling immigration cases and visas
Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar license
Fluency in Spanish language is a plus
