We are a reputable boutique Immigration Law Firm located in Hanover, NJ and we're seeking an EXPERIENCED Immigration Associate Attorney to join our team. If you’re passionate about immigration law and eager to grow in a supportive, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! (This is a 100% REMOTE role - but you must attend court appearances "in person" when requested by the Court).

MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE (3) YEARS OF IMMIGRATION LAW EXPERIENCE.

MUST BE LICENSED IN NJ or NY.

Position Details:

Experience: At least 3 years of Immigration Law experience
License: Must be currently licensed to practice law in NEW JERSEY or NEW YORK

Qualifications: Must have experience in 1 or more of the following areas of immigration law:

VAWA
SIJS
Green Card / Naturalization
Waivers
Visas
General Family Immigration matters

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 (commensurate with experience).
