Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Immigration Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be at least enrolled in an LLM or JD program, with a strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures, particularly in relation to National Interest Waiver (NIW) and EB-1A petitions. Candidates holding a legal license are strongly preferred. This role requires excellent research and writing skills, with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of immigration petitions, including NIW and EB-1A applications.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence.
Maintain organized case files and track case progress.
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in or finished an LLM or JD program.
Strong understanding of U.S. immigration processes, particularly NIW and EB-1A.
Excellent writing, proofreading, and research skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Holding a legal license is highly preferred.
Previous experience in an immigration law firm or legal department is a plus.
