Title: Immigration Associate Attorney

Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 Base, Annually depending on experience

Requirements

A JD degree
3+ years of business immigration law experience
Experience handling PERMs, the full range of NIV (esp. H & L) and IV petitions
Experience with case strategy development and preparing a full range of business immigration applications for sophisticated and varied clientele
Innovative problem solving and analysis skills
Strong english written and verbal communication skills as well as client relationship skills
Detail-oriented and organized: This will be crucial for case management
