Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing employment-based petitions (NIV & IV)
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
Strong case management and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

Prepare a full range of employment-based immigration petitions (non-immigrant and immigrant)
Assist with family-based immigration applications
Manage cases and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with clients and attorneys to support case preparation.

Bonus Experience

Experience with family-based immigration applications
