We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated professional to join our team part-time. This mostly remote position is ideal for a paralegal in the metro Atlanta area who values work-life balance and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage employment-based petitions (H-1B, TN, E-2, L-1A, PERM, etc.) and family-based immigration applications including adjustment of status and consular processing cases.
Review and organize client documentation to ensure precision and accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1–5 years handling immigration cases like the ones described above.
Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management. Proficiency in immigration case management systems (e.g., eImmigration, Docketwise) and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Location: Candidates must reside in the metro Atlanta area for periodic in-office meetings.
