Immigration Attorney

Responsibilities:

Assess and draft briefs and cover letters to advocate for clients in Adjustment of Status, VAWA, T status, U status, Asylum, Deferred Action, Parole in Place and the National Interest Waiver.
Review client files with eagle-eyed precision and respond to case inquiries with clarity and care.
Supervise and instruct the legal team which includes the Paralegal, Client intake team, Legal Assistants and Contract Attorneys.
Work on prosecutorial discretion requests and removal defense cases
Experience in immigration court and removal defense
Experience with Responding to Requests for Evidence, NOIDs and Appeals.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in any state in the United States.
Strong knowledge of Immigration Law in Employment, Family, and Humanitarian Law.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Immigration Law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to dissect complex legal issues and offer sound advice to clients.
Meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Family, Humanitarian, and Employment Immigration Law.
Proficiency in drafting clear and concise legal communications for clients.
Experience in sales and retaining clients through consultations

What We Offer:

Competitive compensation packages ranging from $80,000 to $87,000 per year.

Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends as required

Work Location: Hybrid - 80% in person for meetings and review of files
