We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney who will work closely with a supervising attorney to represent our clients in removal defense(detained and non-detained) cases, attending USCIS interviews, preparing and filing BIA appeals and briefs.

You will also be required to review individual cases and provide updates and feedback to clients. Fluency in Spanish is required.

The position is mostly remote with the exception of attending USCIS interviews and making in person court appearances when required by the immigration judge.

A qualified candidate must have at least 2 years immigration law experience preferably in the removal and family based areas.

Responsibilities include the following:

Application Review
Motion and Brief Drafting
Client Communications regarding questions and status updates
Prepare Clients for interviews or final hearings
Prepare Merit Hearing Pre- Hearing Briefs
Prepare Direct Examination Outlines and Questions for Merit Hearings
Develop case theories for 42b Cancellation of Removal and Asylum cases
Review Merit Hearing Evidence Packets and USCIS application Packets prior to filing
Legal Research

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
