Top Texas Law Firm is currently hiring highly motivated Associate Immigration Attorney with an annual salary of $100,000 to $120,000.00 plus bonus.

Our Associate Attorneys duties include review, prepare and present cases before EOIR, and make legal determinations as to the possibility of relief. Responsibilities include, legal research, legal document preparation of applications and administrative duties. Applicant should have experience, attending Master Calendar Hearings, Bond Hearings and Individual Hearings. Applicant must be able to evaluate immigration cases and understand the legal standards and evidence required to seek relief before the immigration court, including Asylum, Withholding of Removal and Cancellation of Removal(s) and seek additional forms of relief before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Attorney are provided with a dedicated staff and built-in system that assists and prepares the attorney's docket and immigration cases. Additional duties include overseeing a docket of cases, organizing and completing necessary documentation, monitoring case statuses, answering client questions, attend hearings and attorney/client meetings. Review investigative findings; prepare and interview witnesses; develop arguments and testimony; complete filings.

· Working Environment/Skills and Educational Requirements:
Will work in a law office interacting with clients face-to-face, over the telephone, Zoom meetings, email or postal mail. Must be forward thinking as well as organized, efficient, a self-starter that is highly motivated and able to adapt to stressful situations. Experience with Camp Legal management system is a plus.

· The position's educational requirements is admission as a lawyer in the State of Texas - Juris Doctorate recipient. Client Confidentiality, Research Skills, Written Communication, Legal Compliance, Presentation Skills, Analyzing Information, Client Contact Skills, Interpreting New Laws, Legal Administration Skills, Verbal Communication, Spanish bilingual is a requirement.
