IALG is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, solution-driven Immigration Attorney to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. If you thrive in court, can juggle multiple hearings, and love finding a way forward when a case looks difficult, we want to meet you.

🔹 What you'll do:
• Represent clients in Immigration Court (EOIR) in master calendar and individual merits hearings
• Handle Cancellation of Removal for Non-LPRs (EOIR-42B) and LPRs (42A)
• Prepare and litigate Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and CAT claims (I-589)
• Draft and file motions for bond hearings and any other form of relief available to the client
• Cover multiple courts and dockets, often in the same week (in person and via WebEx)
• Draft briefs, motions, evidence packages, and appeals; prepare clients and witnesses for testimony
• Develop case strategy and solve complex procedural and legal problems
🔹 What we're looking for:
• J.D. and an ACTIVE bar license in good standing.
• Proven experience in immigration law, especially removal defense
• Hands-on experience with 42B cancellation of removal, asylum, and bond cases
• A problem-solver: proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
• Strong organization to manage a heavy, fast-moving caseload
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
• Must be able to work ON-SITE in our Norcross, GA office (this is not a remote position)
