We take that seriously, and we're looking for someone who will, too. An experienced, bilingual Immigration Paralegal who will bring sharp legal skills and genuine care to every case they touch.
What You'll Do
• Research and analyze immigration statutes, case law, and regulations
• Draft and edit briefs, pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Conduct fact-finding, data collection, and case analysis to support attorney arguments
• Manage and organize case files using legal software and document platforms
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate directly with clients in English and Spanish
• Support attorneys across family-based, employment-based, and court-related immigration matters
What You Bring
• 5+ years of immigration experience (family, employment, and/or court-based preferred)
• Fluent bilingual English-Spanish (oral and written)
• Strong grasp of legal principles, research methods, and terminology
• Excellent legal drafting and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), InsZoom, LawPay, and Google Drive
• Comfort working across databases and online case management platforms
• Sharp attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to self-manage competing deadlines
• Cultural sensitivity and patience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
• A steadfast commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Dependable attendance and the physical ability to lift, hold, and move case files

Schedule
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
