MUST HAVES:
- Extensive years of paralegal experience, with substantial hands-on experience preparing employment-based/business immigration cases.
- Strong experience with employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including visa extensions, amendments, and employment-based green card processes.
- Ability to independently manage multiple cases, deadlines, documents, and client communications in a high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the professionalism to work directly with attorneys, corporate clients, and employees.
- Strong MS Office, Adobe, and technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate immigration case-management systems.
Range: 95k-105k
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
