The firm was founded in 2004 by attorney Wilka Toppins.

Role Description

The Immigration Paralegal is expected to assist the attorneys and other staff members with a variety of business and investor immigration petitions, such as EB5, E2, L1A&B, EB2-EB3 labor certifications, TN, H1B, O1A, EB1-A, AOS, naturalization, provisional waivers and family petitions, etc. This idea candidate should enjoy working in a small firm environment with the opportunity to have direct access to clients, training, and mentorship by the senior attorneys. The idea candidate must be a self-starter and highly motivated. We would love to have someone who can hit the ground running.

Qualifications

Must have minimum of five years relevant experience.
Ability to independently prepare and file immigration petitions and applications
Experience in legal document preparation and client communication
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
