Role Requirements
An immigration attorney who can contribute right away, bringing both meaningful immigration experience and a grounded, client-focused approach.
- 5–6+ years of immigration practice
- Strong background in employment-based immigration matters including, NIW, L‑1A, L‑1B, and H‑1B
- Skilled in drafting support letters and USCIS responses
- Confident communicator who can manage client interactions with clarity and professionalism
- Member in Good Standing of a State Bar
