DUTIES: Under supervision of attorneys, prepare documents needed for immigration filings with government agencies, including legal briefs, forms, correspondence, and supporting evidence. Manage a high-volume caseload by monitoring deadlines, communicating with clients, agents, coworkers, and government agencies, and coordinating the collection and submission of evidence and supporting documentation. Conduct legal, factual, and immigration-related research to support case preparation and filing strategies.
Assist attorneys with EB-5 matters, including reviewing financial and supporting documentation, preparing source of funds summaries and narratives, identifying missing information, and coordinating with clients to obtain required records. Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely preparation and submission of immigration filings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate’s Degree or higher
· Strong research and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy, consistency, compliance, and productivity
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Professional paralegal experience
· Strong working knowledge of EB-5 regulations, USCIS policy guidance, and lawful source and path of funds requirements
