DUTIES: Under supervision of lawyers, prepare documents needed for immigration filings with government agencies including legal briefs, forms, and correspondence; manage high volume of cases including monitoring and meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, agents, coworkers, and government agencies, and coordinating preparation and receipt of evidence with multiple parties, and; conduct research.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Two or more years of experience as an immigration paralegal in a professional office.
Experience preparing immigration filings such as H-1Bs, L-1s, E-2s, O-1s, and TN nonimmigrant visa applications, as well as EB-1A, NIW, and PERM immigrant visa filings.
Associate’s Degree or higher – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to handle high volume case load while maintaining high level of productivity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail
Flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
