Role Description
This is a Temporary full-time but may lead to Permanent role for an Immigration Paralegal.
The Immigration Paralegal will assist in preparing legal documents, providing support for immigration matters including , Perm, non-immigrant visas, petitions, and lawful permanent residency applications. Responsibilities include managing case files, liaising with clients, and staying updated on changes in immigration rules.
Qualifications
- knowledge of Perm, Most Business based NIV applications and Adjustment of Status Process.
- Must be able to work independently
- Min 3 to 5 years of experience.
