Join a fast-paced, boutique immigration law firm supporting clients from around the world. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Paralegal (part-time) to assist with essential case preparation and client coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in immigration law while working closely with an attorney and a diverse client base.

Job Duties:

Communicate with clients to collect required information and documents
Prepare and complete immigration forms, including DS-160, DS-260, I-129, and I-140
Schedule and coordinate client calls and follow-ups
Maintain and update case files using immigration case management software
Ensure accuracy and completeness of forms and supporting materials

Requirements:

At least 2+ years of experience in a law firm in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with immigration software (such as INSZoom, LawLogix, or similar) is a plus

This role is ideal for someone proactive, reliable, and eager to build foundational experience in immigration law.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
