What You’ll Do
You will be expected to fully own your cases from day one.
- Handle family-based immigration cases (I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, etc.)
- Prepare and file U Visas and other humanitarian applications
- Manage removal/deportation defense cases, including court appearances
- Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and immigration court
- Draft motions, legal arguments, and supporting documentation
- Communicate directly with clients in Spanish and English
- Keep cases moving… no delays, no dropped balls
- Identify problems early and solve them before they impact the client
This is not a training role. You should be ready to step in and perform.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English… non-negotiable
- Licensed attorney (Alabama preferred)
- Experience handling immigration cases independently
- Comfortable managing family-based, U visa, and removal defense cases
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clients
- Organized, accountable, and able to manage a full caseload without hand-holding
- Someone who takes pride in representing this community at a high level
