We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team. This role is heavily focused on conducting high-volume initial consultations, advising clients on immigration pathways, and converting qualified prospects into retained clients. Secondary to consultations, you will support case preparation and application work as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Consultations & Client Advisory:
- Conduct high-volume initial consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend optimal immigration pathways with confidence and clarity
- Clearly explain options, risks, and recommended strategies
- Provide confident, ethical, and tailored immigration guidance
- Build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional consultation experience
- Maintain strong consultation-to-client conversion rates through trust-building, clear communication, and exceptional service delivery
Case Support:
- Guide clients through their options across Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), family sponsorship, temporary residence, LMIAs, and other streams
- Manage assigned immigration cases, draft submissions, prepare supporting documents and exhibits, and track case updates
- Prepare and assist with temporary and permanent residence applications and LMIAs
- Remain current on changes in immigration law and policy, and communicate relevant updates to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and encourage referrals through outstanding service
- Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Represent and promote the NCCI brand professionally and ethically at every opportunity

- Comfortable working independently in a remote, virtual environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; CRM experience is an asset

Education & Experience
- Must be a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with CICC (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an RCIC or in the immigration industry
- Demonstrated experience conducting client consultations and/or sales-oriented roles and managing cases
- Experience in a remote or virtual team setting is preferred
Compensation:
- $25.00-$40.00 per hour based on experience, along with performance-based incentives
