Are you a Texas-licensed attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment? Our boutique firm is expanding, and we are looking for a Lead Attorney who possesses the "cradle-to-grave" management skills of a seasoned Litigation Case Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Role
This is an Attorney-Led Case Management role. You aren't just reviewing files; you are driving them.
- Pre-Litigation Specialist: Manage day-to-day casework for immigration and work visa matters, including initial client contact, medical appointment scheduling (where applicable), and quality client care.
- Full-Cycle Advocacy: From analyzing claims and obtaining medical records to drafting demand letters, petitions, discovery, and minor probate pleadings.
- Strategic Marketing: Lead efforts to reach rural/medical communities, positioning the firm as a private alternative to Catholic Charities.
- Negotiation: Speak directly with adjusters and clients (in-person, phone, or Zoom) to settle cases and resolve liens.
REQUIREMENTS: What We Need
- Licensure: Valid Texas license to practice law (UBE 276+).
- The "Case Manager" Mindset: We highly favor candidates with 5+ years of personal injury case management or bodily injury insurance adjuster experience. You must be comfortable with e-filing and "cradle-to-grave" file handling.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish): Required for our weekly dedicated Spanish-client meeting days.
- Core Competency: Must persuasively demonstrate experience or knowledge in:
- Work Visa & Temporary Status Applications
- Heirship, Power of Attorney, and Trusts
