Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with immigration processes, including handling visa applications and providing expert advice on global immigration procedures. The role involves conducting thorough consultations, ensuring compliance with applicable immigration laws, and coordinating with relevant authorities. You will also be expected to prepare and submit necessary documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent client service.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience with immigration issues, visa processes, and global immigration protocols
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to immigration and the ability to ensure compliance
- Strong skills in consulting and providing tailored advice to meet client's needs
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages is required
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in Chinese, English and Malay
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is a plus
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Law, Business, International Studies, or a related field is preferred
- Expert in Mandarin is a must
