Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Immigration Paralegal. While experience is preferred, we are open to training those with no experience but with the right foundation, mindset, and work ethic to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients (lot of client interaction)
- Conduct case preparation, follow-ups, and case updates with professionalism and empathy
- Assist in preparing immigration applications, forms, and supporting documentation
- Maintain organized and accurate case files using firm systems
- Track deadlines and ensure timely case progression
- Support attorneys with case preparation, including court-related matters
- Manage high-volume client communication while maintaining quality and consistency
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional demeanor, especially in sensitive client and court settings
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in customer service, legal support, or client-facing roles
- Interest in immigration law or legal services
- Experience working with diverse or immigrant communities
