We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney with a strong foundation in immigration law to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include handling deportation cases, employment-based cases, and family-based cases. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a key role in meeting with new and existing clients to provide legal counsel and representation throughout the immigration process. You will be expected to analyze complex legal issues, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in immigration court.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of immigration laws and regulations, exceptional research and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association (Texas - preferred)
Strong legal research and writing skills
Experience in immigration law preferred
