We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal / USCIS Paralegal to assist with preparing and filing immigration petitions with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This role is ideal for candidates with experience preparing immigration forms, managing client documentation, and coordinating immigration case filings.
- Prepare and submit USCIS immigration applications and petitions
- Draft and review immigration forms and supporting documentation
- Assemble and organize USCIS filing packets
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and documentation requirements
- Track case deadlines and maintain immigration case files
- Assist attorneys with Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and follow-up documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the firm's case management system
- Ensure all filings comply with USCIS requirements and deadlines
Immigration Case Types
Experience with the following:
- Family-based immigration petitions
- Adjustment of Status (I-485)
- Naturalization (N-400)
- DACA applications
- Waivers (I-601 / I-601A)
- USCIS RFE responses
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Bilingual (Spanish)
