Wildes & Weinberg is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to join our Business & Employment Immigration team representing multinational corporate clients and individuals.
The candidate will support Partners and Senior Associates in a wide array of immigration processes across various business case types, including petitions for H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, TN, and E-2 visas, to name a few. The candidate will also be expected to prepare petitions for filing and assist with consular appointment scheduling, as needed. Must have experience in the immigration field, particularly with business visa petitions and forms, such as Form I-129 and the DS-160, as well as a strong academic record and the ability to work well with a team.
Requirements include:
- Bachelors degree;
- Candidate with 2+ years of experience;
- Experience in business immigration law;
- Good understanding of H-1B, E-2, E-3, L-1, and TN visas & employment-based immigrant petitions;
- Very strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work location will be our Englewood, NJ office.
The position would be full-time. Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401k, etc.
