Job Summary
Remote opportunity-100% remote part time position. Paralegal with asylum law expertise. We are seeking a part-time paralegal with experience in asylum law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized in supporting clients navigating the asylum process.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing applications and supporting documents to be uploaded into EOIR portal ( eRop documents ), putting a file together for the upload to the portal. Draft briefs, motions and correspondence, track deadlines, communicate with government agencies.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in asylum law required. Strong writing skills

Position details:

Part time( flexible schedule ). Fully remote work 100% of time in the U.S. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
