Immigration Paralegal
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our regional legal team. This role involves managing business immigration cases for corporate clients, drafting and reviewing key documentation, and coordinating directly with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate processing of immigration matters. The Immigration Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s immigration practice by maintaining case timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage immigration and visa-related data, assisting attorneys with document review and case preparation.
- Draft immigration forms, petition support letters, and other case-related correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders regarding immigration matters.
- Oversee PERM timelines and manage the collection of supporting documents.
- Utilize immigration case management systems to track case progress and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct special projects and other assignments as needed, anticipating attorney and client needs.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3–5+ years of experience preparing a wide range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients, including but not limited to H, L, TN, O, J, E, PERM, AOS, National Interest Waiver, and EB-1.
- Experience working with immigration case management software (INSZoom preferred).
Special Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with immigration case tracking databases.

Work Environment
- Full-time, hybrid work arrangement available.
- Occasional travel to other regional offices may be required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
