Deployment: 6-8 Weeks Onsite | 1–2 Weeks Off |

We are staffing a secure detention facility in North Florida. We’re looking for an HR Manager ready to deploy and operate in a structured, high-security environment.

This is a boots-on-the-ground mission, not a desk job and you’ll be part of a rotational deployment in a detention environment. If you’re disciplined, reliable, and want to make a difference, we want you.

Your Mission

· Serve as the primary HR contact on-site, supporting facility leadership and employees on all human resources matters.

· Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal, contractual, and detention facility standards.

· Partner with facility leadership to address staffing needs, workforce planning, and retention strategies.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and ICE PBNDS requirements.

· Coordinate and track required employee training, including compliance, safety, and facility-specific programs.

· Support performance management processes, including coaching, corrective actions, and terminations when necessary.

· Prepare HR reports for facility leadership, corporate HR, and regulatory agencies as required.

· Act as liaison between facility staff, corporate HR, ICE representatives, and other oversight agencies regarding personnel matters.

Requirements

Previous Corrections, Detention, or Military experience strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a secure, correctional, or detention facility environment.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to pass extensive background checks and obtain all necessary clearances to work in a detention facility.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Shift availability: This position will work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for the duration of the deployment, totaling 84 hours per week.
