ZV Paralegals LLC is a company comprised of paralegals specializing in a wide variety of employment-based immigration. We provide paralegal assistance to law firms and independent attorneys from project or case management to case preparation to filing petitions or applications.
Our company is growing and we are looking for freelance paralegals or paralegals interested in project-based work.
Interested applicants must have experience in the following:
- At least three (3) years of experience in preparing and drafting I-140 EB-1 petitions and/or National Interest Waivers (NIW).
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience drafting forms and letters themselves.
- Knowledgeable enough to determine if the EB-1 or NIW has potential or not, and know when the Individual meets the requirements or not.
- Knowledgeable enough to provide case analysis and suggest strategies.
- Has the skills to write reference letters, petitioner support letter, cover letter and do research when necessary Identify missing/needed supporting documents.
- Must have capacity to take on up to 10 cases or commit to working 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Experience with managing email communications with Employers, Individuals, and Attorneys
- Must be willing to adhere to ZV Paralegals process and protocols
- Must be willing to use the programs and platforms ZV Paralegals use for case management and case preparation
- Experience with billing for work done
- Must be a team player and does not mind reporting to a supervisor

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
