Responsibilities
- EOIR/USCIS case load
- Staying organized with all small tasks that have to do with a case
Experience
- 10 years or more of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within an immigration law firm is essential.
- Strong understanding of immigration law, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Self-starter no training needed.
