The firm represents both businesses and individuals in a broad range of immigration matters, including employment-based petitions, family-based immigration, asylum, deportation/removal cases, federal litigation, naturalization, and other immigration-related practice areas.
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Attorney role located in Atlanta, GA.
- The attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of immigration cases, including but not limited to: employment-based petitions, family-based immigration, asylum, removal defense, federal litigation, and naturalization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in immigration law, legal issues, and immigration-specific matters
- Experience handling visas and immigration cases
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in the state of practice
- Experience with federal litigation and habeas corpus cases is a plus
