```Duties:```
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Prepare and maintain client files and documents
- Draft correspondence, legal memos, and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in immigration cases
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using document management systems such as iManage or similar software
- Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed
- Ability to transcribe legal documents accurately
- Familiarity with legal drafting and contract review
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using Westlaw or other legal research tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
