Overview
We are seeking a responsible an hard working Immigration Paralegal with minimum 5 years experience in a law firm to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various aspects of litigation, including litigation case preparation, filings, and law and motion. The Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and ensuring the efficient handling of cases and filing petitions.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings by organizing case files and documentation.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings.
Provide executive administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
Maintain accurate records of case progress and updates.
