Role Overview:
We seek a Connecticut-based Immigration Attorney to handle SIJ matters primarily before Connecticut probate courts. The ideal candidate will excel in direct client representation, preparation of SIJ petitions, and advocacy before local probate judges.
Key Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate with active license to practice law in Connecticut.
- Prior experience with SIJ matters or strong interest in developing expertise in this niche area.
- Ability to navigate probate court proceedings confidently.
- Spanish fluency highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Deep commitment to advocating for immigrant youth and their rights.
