What You’ll Do:

Manage the pipeline of candidates for legal and professional services roles
Collaborate with with the team and business to understand staffing needs
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for high-volume roles
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, UKG, or Bullhorn)
Support operational recruiting as needed

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in high-volume recruiting
Strong sourcing and campaigning skills required
Prior experience recruiting for professional services preferred
Familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS, UKG, or Bullhorn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable
