Our firm is seeking a bilingual Immigration Paralegal to join the legal team.

The position duties would includes assistance in drafting immigration packages for USCIS, calendar scheduling, sending out correspondence and other duties assigned by the attorney. Strong preference given to those who have a bachelor’s degree.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both Spanish and English.

2. Two years experience in immigration doing family based cases, including U visas.

We handle cases before state and federal criminal courts as well as assisting individuals in immigration proceedings. Our main office is located in downtown Seattle with a branch office in Kennewick, Washington.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing immigration petitions and applications, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Conduct document review related to immigration law cases.
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation in legal case management systems.
Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and proofreading legal documents.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
