Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Prepare cases involving removaldefense, family immigration, asylum, naturalization, and crime victim visas

Independently and proactively manage high volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, including document review, preparation, and filing of immigrant petitions with USCIS, EOIR NVC

Communicate both orally and in writing with clients, as well as government agencies

Monitor deadlines and expiration dates, follow office procedures, and attorney directions

Manage client communication and government correspondence

Provide exceptional customer service

Work directly with the team of attorneys and partners to ensure the highest quality of legal representation for clients

Take special projects and other duties as assigned
