An AMAZING opportunity for an immigration attorney to join our A+ team. We are a fast-paced immigration law firm located in Orlando, FL. We handle a wide range of immigration cases, and we are looking for an experienced attorney to support our talented team.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis; Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions; Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings; Prepare and file legal documents with the appropriate courts and government agencies; Provide legal advice and guidance to clients; Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience with the USCIS and EOIR as a licensed attorney.
- Admission to a state bar association.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and protocols.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients, colleagues and team members.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Litigation experience is required.
