Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our client's Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Up to $25 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Standard Business Hours - EST
Interview Process: Phone interviews
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews (virtual and onsite)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist with additional recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed
- Potential for recruiting support (e.g., interviewing, candidate follow-ups) depending on experience level
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendaring/scheduling)
- High attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Experience with Workday (a plus)
