Job Qualifications

- Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish proficiently REQUIRED
- 1-2 years of Immigration Experience is preferred
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required

Job Description

- Work with supervising attorneys to oversee case management
- Communicate with clients to explain immigration process and requirements
- Collect relevant information and documents in support of applications
- Fill out the following applications: I-130, AOS, I-765, I-751, I-601A, I-601, I-212, CAM, DACA cases, and accurately and review for any errors.

-Prepare supporting documentation in support of the following applications: -130, AOS, I-765, I-751, I-601A, I-601, I-212, CAM, DACA cases etc.
- Manage and meet client and task deadlines
- Provide detailed notes in office case management system
