Salary: Up-to $450,000 + bonus

A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Partner to bolster its expanding immigration practice. This is a strategic opportunity for a seasoned attorney with deep subject-matter expertise and a robust client portfolio to take on a leadership role within a collaborative, ambitious, and forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide sophisticated legal counsel on complex employment-based immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions (E-1/2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1/2/3), adjustment of status, and compliance strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients across a wide range of industries, delivering practical guidance on evolving immigration policies, risk mitigation, and workforce mobility.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop proactive immigration strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior attorneys and staff within the immigration practice - with an enthusiastic and inspirational approach to leadership.
Drive business development initiatives by leveraging your existing network and cultivating new opportunities for practice growth.

Excellent expertise and a deep understanding of U.S. business immigration law.
Comprehensive experience within a private practice law firm.
A portable book of business with a strong corporate immigration client base.
