Trueline's client, a respected law firm in southeastern Massachusetts, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in employment-based immigration law. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals and organizations pursuing global mobility goals.

What You'll Do As The Associate Attorney

Deliver expert legal counsel on employment-based immigration cases
Craft and submit petitions and applications for various work visa categories
Engage with employers and HR professionals to gather case evidence
Perform in-depth legal research and compose compelling arguments
Keep clients informed of case progress and developments
Advocate for clients in administrative proceedings
Monitor and adapt to changes in immigration policies and regulations

Must-Haves As The Associate Attorney

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license (Massachusetts preferred or willingness to obtain)
Demonstrated expertise in employment-based immigration cases (e.g., H-1B, L-1, PERM)
Exceptional writing, analysis, and organizational skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision

Experience working with corporate clients on immigration matters
Proficiency in multiple languages
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
