Responsibilities
- Handle family-based and humanitarian immigration cases under mentor guidance
- Prepare and file comprehensive immigration applications and supporting documents
- Conduct thorough client interviews and develop case strategies
- Research complex immigration issues and contribute to innovative legal solutions
- Maintain detailed case notes and documentation using Filevine
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client service
- Participate in regular case strategy meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license or pending bar admission
- Demonstrated commitment to immigration law and social justice
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities
- Self-starter mentality and ability to manage high-volume caseload
- Technological proficiency and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Immigration clinic or internship experience
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience with immigration forms and procedures
- Familiarity with case management software
