Job Description:
A leading AM LAW firm is seeking a highly experienced Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team. This individual will take full ownership of assigned matters, working independently and directly with attorneys, clients, and foreign nationals across a broad range of immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-526E, and I-485 applications
Draft support letters and USCIS/DOL forms, compile complete filing packages
Gather and organize supporting documentation from clients and foreign nationals
Communicate directly with clients, employers, and visa beneficiaries throughout the case lifecycle
Respond to inquiries, provide regular case updates, and ensure timely filings
Prepare RFE and audit responses
Accurately record billable time and maintain case records in accordance with firm procedures
Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and administrative staff
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
Proficiency with immigration case management systems and CRM tools
EB-5 experience strongly preferred
Paralegal certificate preferred; bachelor's degree in paralegal studies is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize effectively
