Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in:
- Family-based petitions
- Adjustment of status
- Naturalization/citizenship applications
- Consular processing
- DACA and waiver applications
- Experience in removal proceedings, cancellation of removal, asylum, and U visas is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is required

Job Description:
- Conduct legal research and prepare documentation related to immigration cases.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records using legal case management systems.
- Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, including Spanish-speaking individuals, to gather information and provide updates.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations while supporting litigation efforts.
- Organize and file documents efficiently, maintaining a well-structured office environment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
Location Requirement:
- This is an in-person role based in New York, NY
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting
