THE POSITION:

We currently have an immediate full-time opening for an experienced case manager/paralegal at our Boise office. As our caseload grows, we are looking for a motivated, professional, and responsible individual who is dedicated to meeting our clients' needs. At Wilner & O’Reilly, you'll work alongside a dedicated team, gaining opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.

LOCATION:

The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Boise office, Monday – Friday. One day work from home will be permitted after a successful probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluency in Spanish is required
At least one year of experience in immigration law, specifically in Family Immigration

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a caseload of immigration cases under the supervision of an attorney
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and procedures
Review case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing
Work efficiently under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
