Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Immigration Attorney. The Immigration Attorney will handle a variety of immigration cases. They will meet with clients, provide legal counsel, and represent clients in court. The Immigration Attorney will also be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and staying updated on immigration laws and policies.
Compensation
- Salary: $100,000+
- Bonus: Inventive Based

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Attorney
- Experience with humanitarian and family-based immigration
- Litigation experience
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Preferences
- Fluency in Spanish
- Virginia bar license
- 1-2 days per week in one of our Virginia offices (Vienna or Richmond)
